Basic package – Consultation and report

If you do not know why you have not rented or sold your property yet, we suggest meeting Brown & Co Home Staging. Our professionals will get to know your property and recognise any potential obstacles or mistakes.

The service includes:

  • Consultation,
  • Changes recommendation,
  • Description of how to prepare the property,
  • Report with the possible changes to realize by the owner.

Cost of service 350 zł net. If the project is implemented by Brown & Co, the cost of the consultation will be deducted from the final cost.
