Cost of service 350 zł net. If the project is implemented by Brown & Co, the cost of the consultation will be deducted from the final cost.

Brown & Co Home Staging also offers preparation of an offer to sell or for rent and presents the property for sale or rent.

The service includes:

• Preparation of property offer,
• Photo session of the property for transactional purposes,
• Advertising the property on the Internet portals,
• Preparation of the electronic property brochure,
• Preparation of the banner with the property offer,
• Organising live presentations of the property for the buyers or tenants.

The cost of service is determined individually.
